Note the ST segment elevation in the anterior leads of this case of Anterior Myocardial Infarction

Note the ST segment elevation of an acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction. (Also note the absence of p waves and an irregularly irregular rhytm indicating atrial fibrillation)

Remember cardiac sounding chest pain and NEW onset LBBB may be an indication for thrombolysis. This ECG shows left bundle branch block

The wide QRS complexes and peaked T waves are compatible with HYPERKALAEMIA, think of Renal Failure as a cause

This is a regular narrow complex tachycardia demonstrating a SVT or Supraventricular Tachycardia

This irregular ECG shows Complete Heart Block
